Gifts For YOU!

I received a little surprise in the mail this past weekend. . .
. . .the latest issue of Quilting Arts Gifts
which contains all kinds of yummy patterns for holiday Gifts.
My friend Candy's pattern made the cover!
Wahoo Candy!
There are a lot of creative items to make in this issue.  I am always excited to see the great ideas people come up with!  And this time I was very excited to see that one of
my Gift Tags made it into the Gift Tag Challenge pages. . .
(blue snowflake by the arrow!)
. . .and my Ghostly Trio Banner pattern was publish!
Wahoo!
There is also a bonus online pattern for a Jack'o lantern variation, and another bonus of holiday cookie recipes that anyone can download here.
This coming in the mail reminds me that there are only about 3 1/2 months until Christmas!
Gah!  I should start my Christmas making!
Have you already started?
You haven't?
Well maybe a copy of Quilting Arts Gifts will help you get started!
For a chance to win a copy of QAG tell me what one gift item you hope to make this holiday season.   Or maybe you are going to buy homemade gifts.  That's great too!  Tell me what you plan to buy!
PLEASE make sure to include your email address in your response!
The drawing will stay open until midnight P.S.T. next Friday, September 6th. and a winner will be announced Saturday, September 7th!
Good luck and Happy Creating!

I am going to finish knitting the sweater for my daughter's 30th birthday, hopefully in time for her 36th birthday in December!
I hope to make a wall quilt, and knit a few scarves and gosh the holidays creep on you so fast don't they?

I will make some tote bags as gifts. I may try to buy my daughter some cake decorating tools so she can make us some wonderful cakes.

I love your ghosts - so cool! Halloween is one of my favorite holidays, so glad they included some projects for that one!

Well done! :)

Mug rugs and place mats are looking for a place on my Christmas giving list this year. I've made too many scarves and I'm looking for something new and quick. Love the ghosts!

Hi Lisa, I want to make some either journal book covers or little bags. Would love to win this. Congrats on being published in this neat mag.

I am not sure what I will make but I woudn't mind going to the Holladay gift fair with you again to peruse all the handmade goodness there.
But now I remember, I need to make a garland of felt beads for christmas, I even have a kit!
