Spring Clean Blog Hop

Cheryl Sleboda's call to clean each spring is always needed in my studio. The piles seem to form all by themselves somehow, but cleaning them all up is my job. Sheesh, where does this stuff all come from! Perhaps unpacking from one trip and packing for the next? But on the bright side. . . What the heck is this piece of plastic for?  Do I keep it or toss it? If I toss it, I will surely need it tomorrow. I made it useful again by wrapping some binding around it. It is always so nice to have a clean surface again! Keiko (far left) approves. They just invite me in to dig in and get some work done. Dizzing Work

My mind is spinning with all the things I've managed to put my fingers in lately!  The blog quickly became my lowest priority. Sorry about that. Here's a catch up post with the hopes that I stay on top of things here better! I've spent much of the last month driving umpteen million hours to a small town north of me in search of an apartment for my youngest daughter. We've had some lovely chats, and lots of fun pointing out all the animals, and colorful homes we saw along the way.  The scenery was always wonderful! Some of the days we went up the weather was perfect, some days, not so much. But apartment shopping did not help much when I had so much work to get done! Amazingly, I did manage to finish and submit two pieces for the Threads of Resistance exhibit. "Power" on the left and "Breaking Through" on the right.
