First Day of Quilt Market

On the first day of Quilt Market I followed Judy Gula around like a little puppy. She only had one day to buy for her shop, Artistic Artifacts, and I just wanted to see the show from a shop owner's perspective. I bought my fair share of products too, but also got a few photos in. One of the first things I noticed was this quilt made by my friend, Laurie Russman, aka NeonKittyQuilts . I like bags, and I always have way too many of them, but these were a lot of fun. Judy needed to stop and chat with Sue Spargo, and I just needed more photos of her products. Every time I stopped by the R&K booth to say Hi to Cheryl Sleboda she was busy with a customer. I was very happy to see her so busy. I hope that means business is booming! I really love Jamie Fingal's new line, "Heavy on the Metal."
