Old World Map Giveaway

I have been fascinated with maps for years and when I discovered map art I was hooked!  With my month as Queen Bee, I decided to see what the hives take would be on the topic of Old World Maps.  It has been a big challenge for everyone and I love what they have created!  A few of the members are still working on theirs and they will be added as they become available.
If you would like a chance at winning a 6x6" square of all 11 pieces then leave a comment below or on The Printed Fabric Bee blog.
Comments will close on January 15th and a winner announced on the 16th!

And then go stop by the other members blogs to see how they created their pieces.

This sounds interesting. I haven't seen the map art before.
I just visited all of the blogs listed and not one of them had any map art pieces at all on their blogs. I was looking forward to seeing these too.

I love maps and clocks. We were out driving today and I relished the opportunity to use a map to avoid traffic. So glad we don't use a GPS unit. Much more fun with a map.

I love maps too, it was my favourite thing in Geography at school. Great inspiration in these fabrics.

Oh my! What a glorious assortment of map themed fabrics. I learned to read maps about the same time I learned to read. Mom has no sense of direction and Dad was tired of getting lost. I would sit behind him whispering directions. That connection existed until he passed last year. My fascination with maps will continue until I can't see the dang tiny writting. ;)
